In order to establish a brand of beef produced in Obanazawa City, the Association carries out activities
through cooperation among producers, agricultural organizations, and governmental agencies with the aim of
promoting the beef both inside and outside the Prefecture and contributing to the revitalization of local communities and the stabilization of cattle farm management.

Obanazawa City, Michinoku Murayama Agricultural Cooperative Beef Committee Obanazawa Branch, Obanazawa City Council, Obanazawa City Agricultural Committee, Michinoku Murayama Agricultural Cooperative Obanazawa Farming Center, Yamagata Central Agricultural Mutual Benefit Association, Obanazawa Beef Designated Shops, and other supporting members who agree with the objectives of the Association
"The registration certificate of designated shops handling Yukifuri Wagyu Obanazawa and Obanazawa Beef" will be issued to those who have registered as a designated shop.
In addition to the registration certificate, a monument of Yukifuri Wagyu Obanazawa and Obanazawa Beef will be provided.
Promotional materials such as flags, posters, brochures, and stickers are also available upon request. Please feel free to inquire.
Persons applying for the registration are required to fill out the form "Designated shops handling Yukifuri Wagyu Obanazawa and Obanazawa Beef" and send the form to the office of the Association with a document providing the outline of the company or shop.
The annual membership fee will be paid from the following fiscal year of the registration year.
(An invoice specifying the due date will be sent from the Association.)

The certificate of origin will be issued by the Association upon request of a designated shop.
Up to two certificates will be issued per head of cattle. In issuing the certificate, stickers will also be provided.
The numbers of stickers provided are: 300 per head of Obanazawa Beef and 100 per head of Yukifuri Wagyu Obanazawa.
